Tell us your goals, your experience level, and your preferred dates. Our Huaraz-based experts will respond within 24 hours to help refine your itinerary.
Unlike massive agencies, we listen. We will advise you on the best route based on the time of year and your physical condition. If you are aiming for a Level 3 Expedition, we may schedule a brief call to discuss your high-altitude experience. This ensures that our certified warm-hearted guides can provide the highest level of safety.
Once the itinerary is perfected, we require a 50% deposit to lock in your dates. This deposit allows us to immediately reserve the best muleteers and mountain chefs, who are often in high demand during the Andean dry season. We accept secure payments via PayPal, Wise, and Bank Transfers.
After your deposit is confirmed, we will send you a Traveler Information Pack. This includes a medical form and an equipment checklist. We ask for these details 30 days before your arrival so our team can prepare your specific gear sizes and dietary needs at the high-altitude camps.
